Bookings commencing within 8 weeks of booking must be paid for in full at the time of booking.  Other bookings can either be paid for in full up-front or spread across two payments.  Please specify in the drop-down box if you wish to spread your payment. 

Please note: All bookings are subject to a £200 security deposit.  This secures against damages and return of all keys and parking permit and is returned to guests within one month of their stay (subject to any damages).  The total price is inclusive of one car parking permit and all linen other than towels.  Towels can be hired at the cost of £10 per person per bale if required.  One well-behaved dog is permitted per booking (to be kept on the ground floor only).  There is a £40 surcharge for bookings with dogs.
